Paul Lund, of Autografix Racing Team, is the first person granted permission to race an SUV in the French Rally Championship which he will attend next year in his modified petrol 4x4 Dacia Duster.
The Duster has been fitted with a Renault Twingo RS motor running a Clio RS Mechanical throttle body and programmed to race ECU. The beast also has 4-way adjustable Spectrum Race Suspension, fabricated suspension arms with poly brushes and seam welded sub frames among many other modifications.
The car meets International FIA Standards, and this year has earned an MSA English Rally Logbook enabling Paul to race at Castle Combe Circuit this Saturday (25th September 2021).
Platinum Dacia are excited to see the Duster in rally action and wish Paul all the best with the race this Saturday and beyond.
